Graduates of the digital tracks can now take a two-month internship at partner organizations.

The biggest barrier between study and work is the experience requirement. Employers want experienced staff, yet experience cannot be gained without a job. To break that circle, the association has launched an internship program with partner organizations.

How the program works

Graduates who complete their program successfully are placed in a two-month internship. During the internship they take part in real projects and work under the guidance of an experienced specialist.

At the end, the organization provides the graduate with a reference — and the strongest interns may receive a job offer.

Who can take part

The first stage covers graduates of Data Science, programming and data analytics. It will later be extended to other fields.

Organizations ready to offer internship places can get in touch through the “Get involved” page.
