1. Data controller

The controller of personal data submitted through this website is Association for Development of Education and Innovations of Uzbekistan.

This policy is based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" and covers only data collected through this website.

2. What data we collect and why

We only receive the data you enter in a form yourself:

• Program enrolment (/ariza/): name, phone number, chosen program, language of study and comment — to contact you and place you in a group.
• Contact (/aloqa/): name, phone number and message — to answer your question.
• Get involved (/qoshiling/): name, phone number, type of offer (volunteer, partner or sponsor), organisation name (optional) and comment — to review your offer.
• Partnership request (/hamkorlik/): name, organisation, email, phone (optional), form of partnership and proposal text — to respond to your request.

Each form also sends the page language (uz, ru or en) so that we can reply in that language. The website never asks for passport, address or payment details. Your data is not used for advertising, sold or shared with third parties.

3. Where data is sent and stored

Form data is sent from your browser over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to the website's server function. The function runs on Vercel Inc. (USA) and does not store anything: it immediately forwards the data as a message via the Telegram Bot API to the association's private Telegram group. Submissions are kept in that group, which only authorised staff can access. The website has no separate database.

Vercel and Telegram servers are located outside Uzbekistan. By submitting a form you consent to your data being transferred and stored through these services.

4. How data is protected

• All connections to the website are encrypted (HTTPS, HSTS).
• The Telegram bot key is kept only in the server settings and never appears on website pages.
• Only authorised staff can access the submissions group, and they use the data only to contact you.
• Forms are protected against automated spam bots, and the server limits the length of every field.

5. Third-party services

• Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting and the form function. Vercel keeps technical logs (IP address, request time, browser type) for a short period under its own policy.
• Telegram — receiving form messages. Telegram links on the website open the Telegram app or website.
• Yandex Maps — the map on the /aloqa/ page. When the map loads, Yandex may set its own cookies.
• Fonts, images and scripts are served from the website's own server — no requests are sent to external services for them.

6. Retention period

Form messages are kept for no more than 12 months after they have been handled. Contact details of people enrolled in a program are kept for 3 years after the program ends, for certificates and reporting. After that the data is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner (section 8).

7. Cookies and analytics

The website itself does not set cookies. Only two settings are kept in your browser storage (localStorage): your chosen theme (light or dark) and the fact that you closed the language suggestion. They are never sent to the server and can be cleared in your browser settings.

No analytics service is connected to the website at the moment. This section will be updated when Google Analytics is connected.

8. Your rights and how to contact us

You have the right to:

• find out what data about you we hold;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted;
• withdraw your consent to data processing.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the new text will be published on this page and the date at the top will be updated.
