What we do

What we do

Our work runs across four directions, and all of them serve one goal — equal opportunity in education

Digital education

Practical programs in Data Science, cybersecurity, programming and network administration. Graduates are ready for the labor market.

Vocational training

Short, practice-oriented training in professions that are in demand: accounting, marketing, electrical installation and more.

Reaching the regions

Online and mobile classes for young people in provinces and districts. Where you live should never block your access to education.

Employment support

Together with partner organizations we connect graduates to internships and jobs, and prepare them for resumes and interviews.

Our approach

Theory of change: from need to impact

Every programme responds to a specific need and leads to a measurable result.

  1. Need

    Opportunity is unequal

Many young people and women lack modern job skills, and access to quality training in the regions is limited.

  2. Approach

    Free hands-on training

Free programmes in in-demand professions, delivered on-site, online and through mobile classes by experienced instructors.

  3. Outcome

    Skills and a certificate

Graduates enter the job market with practical projects, a certificate and a CV, and partners open internship opportunities.

  4. Impact

    Employment and equal opportunity

Employment and incomes grow, and the education gap between regions narrows.

Yes, all our education programs are completely free. As a non-profit organization, the association operates through government programs, grants and sponsor funds, so no fees are charged to participants.

Anyone over the age of 16 can take part. No special knowledge is required — only basic computer literacy is recommended for some digital fields.

Fill out the form on the "Apply" page: provide your name, phone number and chosen field. Our specialists will contact you within 1–2 business days and explain all the details.

Pick any field in the application form and mention in the comment that you are unsure. Our specialists will contact you within 1–2 working days and help you choose a programme that fits your interests and circumstances. Before that, you can read the guide to choosing a profession in the «Useful articles» section.

A stable internet connection, headphones and a quiet place to study. In the digital programmes practical tasks are done on a computer, so a computer or laptop is recommended; some theory sessions can also be followed on a smartphone. If you have no basic computer skills yet, start with the «Computer literacy» programme.

The site has a «Glossary» that explains terms about computer basics, the internet, security, data, programming and job searching in plain words in three languages. If you still have a question, ask your instructor in class — never be shy about it.

Yes, all participants who successfully complete a program receive a certificate from the association.

Classes are held offline (at our training centers) and online, depending on the group schedule. When applying, you can choose the format that suits you.

Our work is carried out through state education programs, international grants and the support of sponsor organizations. Our annual reports are published openly in the "Reports" section.

No documents are needed to apply — your name and phone number are enough. Once you are placed in a group, a copy of your passport may be requested to issue the certificate.

If you miss a session for a valid reason, the instructor will provide additional material. However, missing more than 30% of sessions may mean no certificate is issued, since practical assignments are done together with the group.

It is technically possible but we do not recommend it: each program takes at least 6 hours of classes a week plus the same again in independent study. We suggest finishing one first.

Yes. Online programs are open across the country, and short mobile sessions are also run in district centers. Schedules are announced in the news section.
