The first training day took place for specialists who want to join the association as instructors. Participants included IT specialists, accountants and language teachers.
What the day covered
The training had three parts: methods for teaching adults, planning a practical lesson, and a trial lesson. Every participant delivered a short trial lesson and received feedback from experienced instructors.
Volunteer instructors are first attached to existing groups as observers, and then begin teaching on their own.
