The Action Strategy is the document that opened the current stage of reform in the country. One of its five priority directions is the development of the social sphere, including raising the quality of education and improving youth policy.
Why it matters for the association. The strategy calls for a stronger role for civil society institutions — NGOs are brought in to address social tasks alongside the state. This sets the broad policy frame for our work.
